As part of our ‘personal concierge’ approach, we organise an initial call to get to know you & your vision for your day, and create a tailored experience with a bespoke package for all your coverage needs. Your wedding images and films will be all that stays with you after the big day is over in the blink of an eye. Making this process as smooth and enjoyable as possible is key for us.

We help you every step of the way with seamless communication, and are always available with unlimited correspondence, including tailored consultations throughout the process, expert advice & coordination with other wedding vendors, and assistance in selecting and customising your art books & prints. We are very well aware that most of our couples are wedding planning for the first and only time in their lives.

We do this on a daily basis so we are here to make this feel easy! Once you’ve booked ImageHaus for your big day, we will be with you throughout the planning process to make sure that we can answer any questions you might have and guide you with our extensive experience. From our initial point of contact to the final delivery of your package inclusions we will be holding your hand every step of the way.

Yes, We have a full photographic & cinematic team that covers your whole day from start to finish. This collaborative approach ensures a complete visual narrative of your wedding in one single aesthetic style that we create. Nothing is missed as there is a high level of seamless in-team communication that creates a synergistic environment for us to capture our best work. When we first started shooting weddings we saw a big aesthetic disparity between the images we produced and the films couples were receiving.

They just felt so different to our photos. So we decided our couples should have the choice of a unified aesthetic across their entire wedding capture. Your 1st photographer directs the day and video follows on with what is created so there is one unified approach and point of contact for the day to flow very smoothly. It’s the best way for a day to flow uninterrupted, and miscommunication is non-existent. We also offer same-day edits, drone capture & same-day socials- all individual team members cover these, so we can all focus on our individual roles and nothing is missed or rushed.

Starting with fashion and editorial photography, Henryk has an inherent talent for capturing authentic moments portraying them as artistic with a unique aesthetic that he has been perfecting for over a decade. We take pictures in a way that is natural and real with a polished, editorial, soulful approach. We focus on delivering a heightened memory of your day that has a strong editorial approach.

We want your wedding photographs to feel like you, to be reminiscent of the couple you are, and we want them to tell your story and result in memories that are aesthetically timeless. We have an editorial team of mostly fashion photographers, and that's how our images always have a sense of smoothness, elegance, and crispness within every detail.

For the vast majority of your day, we will capture images in a completely candid and natural manner. During the day we may direct you towards the best light & locations but then allow you to have moments together while we capture it. We love capturing authentic moments but sometimes adding a bit of direction so those ‘naturally happening’ moments simply get captured in the best way can happen quickly under our direction.

This often makes a small change in the moment and a massive difference in the delivery. We have couples that prefer to have the day captured from the sidelines and with minimal posing and we have other couples that prefer to have a more collaborative style in which we offer more direction. This is completely up to our couples and we’re happy to go with what works best for you.

Henryk (our creative director) shoots coverage #1. Henryk has a wealth of experience. He has shot fashion advertising photography from $250k campaigns to shooting side-by-side with Heidi Klum on Germany’s GNTM. He knows how to confidently direct and get the most out of any moment quickly, with ease.

So you can focus on enjoying your day knowing it’s getting captured by Henryk. If Henryk is booked or price point is a factor, Henryk has meticulously hand-trained all our photographers, they are all overqualified and have shot over 50 weddings with our team prior to being placed in the 1st shooter environment.

Some of our 1st shooters have been with ImageHaus for over a decade, and intimately know our wedding capture approach. All our team are hand-picked superhumans. Beautiful people first, and excellent overqualified photographers thereafter. Henryk is then fully across the rest of the process until your full delivery is complete.

We have honed an approach to wedding capture that we think works best so you get the most out of our service. There are so many advantages of shooting with two photographers- (1) We can capture the bride & groom prep at the same time (no faking or rushing), (2) the detail of the ceremony setup gets the time it deserves, (3) we can nail all the angles at the ceremony, (4) the canapé hour gets captured, (5) we have the right light to shoot reception details by splitting the team at crucial moments- while the couple/bridal shoot gets captured properly and quickly at the same time.

We also shoot two different camera setups for the day too. Delivering two unique captures of some of the most important moments can bring in so much cinematic poetry. Our second shooters are a critical component for a complete capture of the day resulting in outstanding shots that couldn’t have been achieved with a single shooter. Our second shooters are all selected, overqualified photographers trained with the ImageHaus aesthetic and essence in mind and held to our characteristic high standards of professionalism and great attention to detail.

We always strive to make you feel as comfortable as possible and make the process feel as natural as possible- if you read the notes section of our website you can see how we have made past couples feel comfortable and relaxed in front of our cameras.

We ask you to focus on each other while we shoot, and how much you love one another, and we then capture those moments. We are lucky to have a team of amazing human beings that will often connect with you from the first call and make the day feel a lot more comfortable as they feel like an old friend on the day.

So nothing is rushed or missed we send a dedicated team to the groom’s house & the head shooters (both photo & film) start with the bride. We then come together at the Ceremony.

The 2nd shooters work with a more cinematic approach while the 1st shooter is up close and personal. We’ve worked like this for over a decade and get the best and most consistent results this way. We generally do 1 hour at the groom’s house and then 1.5 hours with the bride.

Coming from a 15-year career in fashion advertising, we understand how to edit. We believe you should look like yourself on your wedding day, but we instinctively want you to remember your day in a heightened reality too. Your best self. We do edit your images, but we don’t over-edit your images.

All the real wedding photos you see on our website or Instagram have skin retouching (if needed) & colour grading applied. Your images will also be cropped, light balanced and colour corrected. We do not charge extra for a retouching service, it’s included in your package. Some deeper levels of retouching and image crafting are done at the discretion of Henryk while editing.

This can be anything from further skin enhancing, to removing distracting elements that happen to be in the background. If after your delivery there are still a few images you need adjusted, just get in contact- if it’s just a few images we won’t charge anything extra. We understand your images need to be an extension of you and edited in a way that works best for you, especially the ones you choose to frame. We also have our own colour science, and it starts with our IHW Presets which are also available for purchase for personal use.

We always over deliver. We take anywhere between 4,500 to 8,000 photos per wedding, but we refine the selection to a rough limit of 3000 colour & B&W images, plus 200+ edited selects. We don’t want you to miss out on the moments that might be unique to you, so we have always had an over-delivery ethos on our weddings.

We understand the inevitable eagerness to have a sneak peek of your wedding day as soon as it’s over. That’s why we work around the clock to deliver some ‘Rushes’ to our couples soon after the wedding at no extra cost. These will be sent to you via an exclusive online gallery where you’ll also be able to order prints and frames to be delivered to your door. Henryk personally edits & handles the process himself.

For clients desiring a prompt delivery of their entire gallery, we provide an express delivery service. This option ensures that your full wedding gallery will be prioritised at the front of the editing queue. Once completed, each & every wedding is delivered in high resolution via a boxed USBC, that you can plug straight into your iPad or iPhone or desktop and instantly view & save them. Standard delivery timing is 4-5 months for non-express deliveries, but we usually deliver a lot earlier than that.

Our linen Art Books & Editorial magazines are hand-made to the highest standards possible. We wanted to make a product that would be timeless and uncompromising in quality. Each lay-flat album is hand-made using Italian bookbinding techniques. The pages are sandwiched with archival adhesives, making the finished flat-lay pages sit flat once opened & viewed.

Our Art Books are our best seller, and they are normally booked within your coverage. We have a lot of couples that initially order them, and then order two parent copies afterwards too (as our parent books are identical same-size replicas of the main book.) Our editorial magazines were Inspired by Acne paper, an A4 format editorial magazine encompassing all your best images from your wedding day, with a fashion magazine approach. We will curate your content from the day and send you a draft to approve prior to print. Cover – 350gsm Sovereign Silk, internals – 150gsm Sovereign Silk with a Perfect bind to finish.

We offer an in-app solution for you to choose & view every aspect of your framing in real time: from cropping & ordering high end printed frames into your home, We now work with a world-class Workshop that covers the process End-to-End; Colour-Correction, Printing, Framing, & delivery to your door. A range of Sizes & Frames are available.

Follow @imagehaus_socials. We now offer a 3rd photographer that captures moving moments from your day on the latest iPhone. There is an option of 5 hours (3 reels) or 10 hours (6 reels). Then individual clips are also delivered within 48 hours. It’s a more real, in-the-moment and instant way to share your day while you wait for your rush images to arrive.

We recognise the significance of privacy and discretion in a world filled with over sharing, particularly those with a public persona. In these instances, we can sign a non-disclosure agreement and pledge to protect the confidentiality of your event. A total media blackout is (+6% of total Cost).
